The federal government has launched consultations with small and medium-sized businesses in an effort to shift the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) into a service-oriented organization.

Launched Wednesday, the 2018 Serving You Better consultations were announced by the National Revenue Minister Diane Lebouthillier.

The consultations are intended to provide a forum between business and accountants to improve the CRA, she said.

Consultations will take place online and in various cities across Canada.
